In our NFDITalks, scientists from different disciplines present exciting topics around NFDI and research data management. In this episode, Prof. Dr. Astrid Nieße will talk about "FAIR Research Artifacts for Energy Research".

Energy systems research focuses on energy systems which are currently changing in multiple ways due to the need to reduce CO2 emissions, new technologies, and especially digitalization. In this talk, we look at typically research artifacts in energy research like data and software and introduce typical challenges researchers have with them. Also, we will give an overview on the services which NFDI4Energy will provide to support researchers with these challenges.
