Assessment
For an assessment, you should have taken at least one course with Ms. Kwaschik. When contacting Ms. Kwaschik, please also write through which course you know each other.
In addition, the request should be made in time, at least four and preferably six weeks before the deadline by which the assessment must be available.
If you now want to receive an expert opinion, you should contact Ms. Kwaschik by mail. The mail should contain the following information::
- The period of time in to which you are applying.
- Until when you have to submit the assessment.
- In which language the report should be written.
- To whom the assessment is addressed.
- In what format you need the assessment.
The mail should also have the following files attached:
- A current curriculum vitae
- A project description (Even a preliminary one).
- The call for applications to which you are applying.
Lastly, you should sign up for consultation hours so that further questions can be clarified in person.
If you provide all of this, there should be nothing standing in the way of an Assessment.
Exams
To register for exams with Ms. Kwaschik as your examiner, please note the following: First, be aware of the deadlines for your exam and register by the deadline. In the best case four weeks before exam registration. To register for an exam, it is usually the case that you have already taken part in a course by Ms. Kwaschik.
In order to contact her, you should sign in at the consultation hours and think about a topic/themes of your exam before the consultation hour. Detailed arrangements can then be made in a personal meeting. In addition, you should bring the necessary documents for the exam registration yourself. The next step in the case of an oral or final examination is the preparation of a bibliography on the examination topic, which you can then discuss with Ms. Kwaschik during an upcoming consultation hour. The final bibliography must be submitted to Ms. Kwaschik and/or brought with you prior to the exam.
If your exam is a final exam, then attendance at the chair's colloquium is customary.
